Garden

This past week we started the process of making a garden. Im really looking forward to growing and then eventually canning my own food! I can't wait till Kohen is old enough to pick some seeds and grow his own plants. I get no better thrill then seeing children amazed at such small works! We have many project that we're planning for this summer. I think that our next projest will be hog panel fencing, then a fire pit and eventually a playground! Can't wait!!

Kohens Toy bin/bookcase

Got this toy bin from Ikea last Wednesday! The bins look blue in the picture, but they're really black. I'm going to put some of his puzzles, books and random toys in it. It will go in his new room!

10 month update of Kohen

Can you believe it, Kohen is in the double digits! Just crazy how time flies by. I have a love-hate relationship with seeing him grow and develop into a young boy. Here are a few things Kohen can do at 10 months-

Saying 'nigh nigh' -Kohen LOVES to sleep =)

Waving bye bye with his hand

Saying 'ma ma' and 'da da'

Army crawling

Rolling from one end of the room to the other

Able to sit up from laying down

Currently cutting 2 molars-that I can see. I don't dare put my finger in there!

Kohen and eating-

He's for the most part on finger foods for both lunch and dinner

For breakfast Kohen with have oatmeal with apricots/pears/applesauce or prunes

For Lunch Kohen will have string cheese, lunch meat, toast and cheerios

For dinner Kohen has whatever we're having in small peices or I will puree it.

8:30-nap

11-bottle, lunch

3:00-bottle and snack

4:00-may or may not go down for a third nap (if he does not get good naps in the morning he needs this third nap)

5:00-dinner

7-bottle and down for the night

Kohens new room

This weekend we trimmed out Kohens new room. Im very proud of Jordan for doing such a good job. I love having such a handy man as a husband. Im hoping to get the new toy storage at ikea next week. I will post pics....
